It eases stress and tension, relieves muscle and joint pain, improves flexibility and stimulates circulation. After deep stretching the body feels lighter for a long time.
Unlike Western massage, which works on the muscles, traditional Thai massage follows the lines along which, according to tradition, energy flows (sen). Pressure along these lines is what makes it different.
For anyone who feels tight, sore or stiff. We most often recommend it to athletes and very physically active people: nothing ends a workout better than stretching with an expert therapist.
